Orlando Science Center has fun and learning down to a science! Located conveniently near downtown Orlando in Loch Haven Park, escape from the Florida heat to enjoy an exciting day of engaging, hands-on, science fun!

Whether you’re crazy about chemistry or WILD about animals, Orlando Science Center has something for everyone! Four floors, two theaters, and over a dozen exhibits will provide hours of fun for the whole family. Go on a dino safari with a T-Rex and Triceratops in DinoDigs, land a rover on Mars in Our Planet, get crafty in The Hive: A Makerspace, or experience your littlest learner’s first A-HA moments in KidsTown. Don’t forget to take a break from exploring exhibits to take in a show! Take a tour through the solar system in a live science show or be transported to another world with the immersive 180-degree, 8,000-square-foot screen in the Dr. Phillips CineDome.

Life is an all-new exhibit on nature and conservation, featuring animals and immersive habitats – the largest and most complex exhibit in Orlando Science Center’s history. Presented by Dr. Sarah Layton, Life tells the story of conservation through the animals that share our planet. Through direct encounters within immersive environments that simulate various ecosystems and hands-on exhibit experiences, visitors can better understand how their actions affect all living things, both within Central Florida and beyond.

Have an appetite for more than just knowledge? Stop by The Coffee Spot for a quick pick-me-up, or head to 4Roots Café to enjoy a fresh and delicious meal and learn how you can become a food hero!
