Disney has revealed that Bluey, the cherished Emmy®-winning animated series loved around the globe, will make its debut this year at Disneyland Resort in California, Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, and aboard Disney Cruise Line. Disney Cruise Line voyages setting sail from Australia and New Zealand began in January bringing even more magic to families with the addition of Bluey and her little sister, Bingo. Cruisers can now enjoy special meet-and-greets with the beloved blue heelers, take part in a playful, interactive game full of clues, and end the adventure with a high-energy dance party featuring Bluey’s iconic moves.
Bluey‘s Emmy-winning creators at Ludo Studio are teaming up with BBC Studios and Disney to bring fans even more exciting new experiences. Details on how you can meet Bluey and her family at Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort will be announced throughout the year.
The Walt Disney Company is deepening its partnership with BBC Studios for Bluey through an exciting new deal. Disney has acquired global theatrical rights for a Bluey film, set to be produced by Ludo Studio in collaboration with BBC Studios. The movie, premiering under the Disney banner in 2027, will hit cinemas worldwide before streaming on Disney+. Bluey, available in more than 140 countries, has become the most-watched series worldwide on Disney+ in 2024. The series has earned several prestigious honors, including a 2024 Peabody Award and consecutive Television Critics Association Awards in 2023 and 2024.
