St. Augustine Distillery

St. Augustine Distillery is located in the beautifully restored historic Ice Plant. The small batch whiskey, rum, gin, and vodka, is hand crafted with the taste and flavors of Florida according to the pioneer traditions of American distilling. Each of their batches use the best quality locally sourced ingredients. Their spirits include Port Finished Bourbon, Florida Double Cask Bourbon, Florida Cane Vodka, New World Gin, Pot Distilled Rum, Barrel Finished Gin. Free tours and tastings are available where you will learn about the history of ice and distilling in Florida. Stop by the Ice Plant Bar located in the same building as the distillery for lunch and dinner.
